I was born and raised on O'ahu, so this is my comfort zone. I just retired from the Air Force and finally going into real estate full-time, which I'm very excited about. I've always wanted to flip houses due to my knowledge of the market here. So I'm really looking forward to learning about funding and maybe I'll get to be a lender one day. I'm on my 2nd year of owning and managing 3 rentals and an Airbnb. I've personally bought 4 houses and currently own 2 so I'm very familiar with buying and selling as a buyer and seller on the client side. I'm a second generation realtor, so I feel like I've absorbed a lot of knowledge and experience from my mom who was a realtor here on the island for about 20 years. Having growing up in this business, it feels like second nature!
