Criteria
I’m an NY licensed realtor and investor-focused agent who works fast, communicates clearly, and loves partnering with serious buyers, sellers, and wholesalers.
• Minimum Commission: 4% (flexible on investor-friendly deals).
• Wholesale Assignments: Open to JV opportunities and will review on a deal-by-deal basis.
• EMDs: Yes — I allow refundable EMDs with clear timelines and transparent expectations.
• I prefer working with people who are decisive, dependable, and understand that speed and honesty win deals.

Areas Serviced
Long Island is my main area — specifically Suffolk County, Nassau County, and the full South Shore. I also service all five boroughs (NYC) and can extend as far as Westchester County. Open to partnering on out-of-state opportunities as well.
